Welcome to my world of shaping – where every surfboard is created with care, experience, and a deep respect for the ocean. Each board starts with a handcrafted EPS foam blank, paired with epoxy resin – a more environmentally conscious choice compared to traditional polyester. For the core, I use a flexible wooden stringer that helps distribute pressure and absorb vibrations, especially during landings and impact.

I learned the art of shaping in a truly special way – deep in the jungles of Sri Lanka, where I spent a year with my mentor mastering traditional shaping techniques. There, I shaped a wide range of boards by hand – from smooth-gliding longboards built for noseriding, to shortboards designed for fast and aggressive cutbacks.

Today, I combine this traditional craftsmanship with modern, individual designs to create custom boards for the growing surf scene in Germany – whether it’s for indoor waves, wave pools, or classic surf shops by the sea. Every board is unique, built for real passion and performance in the water.
